Safari 3D Easel Card

I'm excited to share something different with you today.
It's a 3D Easel Birthday card!

This is the face of the card.  I made mine 7" wide and 5.25" tall.

This adorable, quick, and easy to make "printable" card
comes from the design work of Barbara Clooney.

Barbara, who lives in Wales, UK, has been a Professional Designer
since 2002, and has a "store" at Aimee Asher.

Aimee Asher is a Printable and Digital Crafting Mall,
where you can find wonderful things to create
from 41 gifted artists and designers.

Please go check it out!  The links are there for you to click on!

I really enjoy making this type of card,
especially when I need something different and in a hurry!
Barbara supplies all the instructions needed to make it a fun experience for you.

Here is a side view showing you all the detail in the layering.

I hope you can see the glitter I added around the tree leaves and the boy's hat.
I used a Martha Stewart glitter pen
to give the headlights some pzazz, then used Glossy Accents
to give dimension and gloss.  I, also,
added black half pearls, here and there,
and an orange bird to one of the trees.

What little one wouldn't love this very colorful and FUN card?
I have several grandsons, so this will, no doubt, go to one or more of them this year!

When one opens the card, this is what you will see!

It's a wonderful safari card, that is easily embellished as you wish.

It even comes with a designed envelope (this is the front).

I chose to print mine from 110 lb card stock (same as the card).

Here's the back of the envelope and the front of the card.

Isn't it sweet??

Thank you for coming by to see what I've made.

I pray your day will be Blessed beyond your imagination!

When in doubt ...dance!

 Here's my latest card,
made with a digital stamp called "Zorana, A Dancing Gypsy"
from Krista Smith at Saturated Canary.

I like her long hair and the little bells hanging at her hemline,
but really like everything about this image, and I had
lots of fun coloring her and putting this card together.

Here's a peek-a-boo at the inside.

This photo shows the entire inside area.

Card Ingredients:

Card size:  6" x 6"

Colored with Copic Markers

Sentiment:  Pauline at "Create with TLC"

Patterned Papers:  Pink Paislee Butterfly Collection 6" x 6" pad

Embellishments: Pink Paislee's Butterfly Collection
clear pop-up butterflies,
Kaiser half pearls (colored to match with my Copics),
Kaiser rhinestones, JoAnn's 7/8" gold colored organdy ribbon,
and Recollections flourish of white half pearls
(colored to match with my Copics).

Die used:  My Favorite Things Die-namics Flower and Leaf Trio.

Punch used:  Fiskars Apron Lace.

Tools:  Big Shot

Other:  Martha Stewart Glitter Markers
(to glitz up the bells at her hemline),
Glossy Accents

to take a look at what I've been up to.  I hope you
will stop by again!!
